Delete your Nauchi account
You can delete your Nauchi account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open Nauchi and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email neokrassimir@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Nauchi account", sent from the email address you use to sign in to Nauchi. We will delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- your account: email address, name and account ID;
- your lesson progress and scores;
- your exercise answers;
- your saved words;
- your app settings.
We do not keep any of this data after your account is deleted. Speaking-practice recordings are never uploaded, so there is nothing to delete on our side; uninstalling the app removes them from your phone.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
